We offer pathology testing services and do not sell physical products. This policy applies only to online bookings and payments made for our diagnostic services.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled test time.
• To cancel, contact us at +8655460980 or email lordspathology@gmail.com with booking details.
• Cancellation requests within 12 hours of the test may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are provided for eligible cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• No refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Cancelled less than 12 hours before appointment
• Customer fails to appear
• Test already conducted or processing started

5. Rescheduling Appointments

Rescheduling is allowed at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to slot availability.
